The Pretty Penny’s early years were spent in the fresh waters of Alabama. She was transported overland in 2010.

 Routine maintenance has been conducted ever since she has been brought to Virginia- including oil and oil filter changes, air filter changes, Transmission fluid, and Fuel filters.

Running Gear and Engine zincs replaced regularly.

Many spare filters and raw water pump impellers included.

Both Propellers have been re-pitched and reconditioned over the years.  A set of spare propellers are included in the sale of the boat.

Both shafts and have been pulled and checked.  Four new cutlass bearings have been replaced.  Shafts were reinstalled and engine mounts have been realigned resulting in an easier spinning shaft. March 2013

Added a dockside fresh water flushing system that allows flushing sea water out of both engines and the generator.  They have been fresh water flushed EVERY time after each use since the installation.

Replaced Forward Air Conditioning/Heat Pump 16k unit July 2013

A Custom HARD TOP was constructed and installed in May 2018 by Suffolk Custom Fabricators. The Full Enclosure was custom made at the same time.

1000 Hour SERVICE on Both Engines in December 2019

Replaced Raritan ICE maker in August 2020

New Carpet in Jan 2020.

Bilge Blower Fans Replaced.

Electronics:  Raymarine Axiom 12 Chartplotter, AIS 700 NEW in January 2022. Radar replaced in Jan 2019
